Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami will be city’s tallest residential tower at 100 stories and standing 1,049 feet tall. The luxury real estate project, will be located at 444 Biscayne Boulevard, and it will be the highest skyscraper south of Manhattan. Hotel units owned and managed by the Hilton Group will span up to the 40th Floor. From floors 41 to 90 Waldorf Astoria Miami Floor plans will feature a mix of Studios, 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom units. Floors 91 to 100 will be Penthouses custom built to suit based on the buyer's requirements. Each unit which will be custom made in pre construction with owner's own architectural layout. The Waldorf Astoria Miami building, with 360 condos and 205 hotel rooms and suites, will have the Peacock Alley lounge, a signature restaurant, indoor and outdoor event spaces, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a spa and fitness center.
